About Me

I have always been deeply passionate about health and wellness. Raising my four beautiful children, I wanted to provide them with the best quality food and ensure they stayed healthy, balanced, and strong. I emphasized not only the importance of eating well but also engaging in exercise, meditation, and mindfulness to maintain harmony between mind and body. I believe that well-being is essential for success, whether in school, work, or personal life. Growing up with Middle Eastern parents, I was taught the value of Mediterranean-style eating. My parents made sure that we always had fresh, wholesome ingredients at home, encouraging us to cook our meals from scratch. They avoided buying snacks, processed foods, or canned goods from the shelves. This upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for natural foods and shaped my belief in the power of healthy eating. A significant turning point for me was the loss of my mother four years ago. She was passionate about natural living and raised us with those same values. After her passing, I felt called to pursue my passion for nutrition to help others achieve happier, healthier lives.
I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and have always been deeply interested in health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with various practitioners, from Chinese medicine experts to those specializing in diets based on blood types.
